This is an audio cassette of guided visualizations by Julie Tupler, RN, for pregnancy relaxation and pain management during labor. The birthing experience can be empowering if a woman is prepared. Preparation means understanding your birthing process as well as learning how to relax. Relaxation is a learned skill and must be practiced. If listened to frequently during pregnancy it will be more effective during childbirth as a labor support technique. The Maternal Fitness workshops all end with this birth visualization.
