Shipping
All in-stock domestic orders for baby carriers will be shipped out within 2-3 business days via US Mail. If you need your order in a hurry, please consider purchasing the Express Shipping.
International orders will be sent within 2-3 business days via USPS 1st Class or Global Priority Mail.
Undeliverable Packages
All packages are shipped to the address specified when your order is placed. We are not responsible for refunding shipping if a package can not be delivered. If a package is returned to us, it will be considered a return and be subject to normal return policies (see below), and the shipping charges will be deducted as well.
Any undeliverable packages shipped directly from the manufacturer may be subject to additional fees as put forth by the manufacturer.
How come you say "Free Shipping"
Shipping for all products is free within the US if your purchase is over $40.
Insurance
We are not responsible for lost packages. Most packages are shipped via USPS and they are very reliable and help us keep our costs low. However, some packages do get lost. We can not take responsibility for lost packages. You may purchase insurance for any shipment.How do I get my orders shipped to the UK and how long does it take?
Everything will ship via USPS First Class International which seems to take about 1-3 weeks to the UK, depending on the camels and turtles here, customs there, and the Royal Mail service. Canada, by the way, is around the same. There isn't enough data on the rest of the world to say, but it does seem to be slower.
What if my international shipment gets lost?
All international packages sent via USPS First Class International which doesn't offer tracking information number until after they have been delivered, so it is pretty much impossible to keep on top of what is going on. Packages are sent insured and claims can only be made 45 days after shipping, not before, so please be patient. Express Shipping (1-2 days)
When you order Express Shipping, your order is shipped by 3pm the following business day, sooner if possible. Please plan accordingly. Please request a quote to your area. Please specify exactly what you wish to order. All Express shipments will be charged an additional handling fee. This charge will not be waived. Also, please understand that the US Post Office does not guarantee next-day delivery to all locations. We can not be held responsible if they take longer than overnight from the time they are shipped. Feel free to call for more information. USPS Express Mail requires a signature for delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the package will not be left. You may wind up having to pick up the package at your post office the following day. Not all items are eligible for express delivery. Please call before ordering.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us so we can try to find a replacement item or help you learn to use the item better. If you are having difficulties in adjusting or using your baby carrier, we ask that you first attempt to let us help you find a solution.
RETURN POLICY
Returns or exchanges are welcome on baby carriers, diaper bags, and strollers for 30 days from the date your order is shipped. You must receive prior authorization from us to return an item. No returns will be processed without prior approval. Items must be in new, unwashed condition in their original packaging with all of the original literature and must be received within our return period.
To return an item, email us with your order number and let us know the specific item you will be returning and if you would like another item in exchange or a refund. We will email you our shipping address and ask that you return all warranty cards, the original box and instructions with the product(s). Shipping is not included in returns or exchanges.
All sale items are final sale unless otherwise indicated.
Unauthorized returns will not be refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to pay return shipping in the event of an unauthorized return.
RESTOCKING FEES
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee or $5, whichever is more, and the shipping charges will be deducted as well (even if the shipping was free). Any shipping charges you paid to send the item back are non-refundable. We reserve the right to deny any returns past 30 days, on items that show excessive signs of wear, or on items smelling of perfume, fabric softener, laundry detergent, smoke, and other offensive odors. Refunds will be assessed based upon the condition of the returned item and additional deductions, ranging from 5-15%, may be taken if the item is not like new in every way. If an item is deemed non-refundable due to condition, the buyer will have the option of paying for return postage back to them.
WHY DO YOU CHARGE RESTOCKING FEES?
Excellent question! I'll talk you through what all goes on. Package gets unpacked and carefully checked over. If necessary, and it usually is, it is delinted. Condition is determined and an internal request is initiated for a refund. Product is repackaged for resale. Product is refunded. Product is relisted. Product is moved back to warehouse for shipping.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the time we receive it at our warehouse and will be credited to the original method of payment. Exchanges will be processed within 10 days as well, as long as the desired replacement item is in stock. If you are exchanging an item and additional money is owed, you will be contacted via email to approve additional charges before the item is shipped.
Items damaged or lost during shipping are not covered unless you purchased insurance. Please save all packaging and pack items to be returned properly. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded. Please follow all instructions on how to return items so you can receive credit.
All other items are final sale.
